This Chautauqua Park Engagement Session blog is way overdue. Hanging out with Haley and Hannah in Colorado was a complete blast. My husband, best friend and I all made it a little mini vacation as well, so we got to enjoy Denver and Boulder, as well as Chautauqua Park & Crescent Meadows. We did small hikes (with big breaks to breathe steadily because altitude and hiking Is a wild combination when you haven’t been to Colorado in over two years) and found some beautiful scenery.

Did my entire wallet get stolen while we were there at the 11th hour? Yes. But luckily it was after I had already spent time at some fabulous restaurants like The Post Chicken and Bacon Social House. I never thought that I’d find myself traveling so much or enjoying it, but here we are. They gave us some fabulous recommendations and we even came home with a new rug, some fabulous queer lit, and some 80s memorabilia.

Hannah & Haley were two amazing sports and they even taught me how to use the GPS in my car when we were in the mountains without signal. (Thanks again for that, you’re a life saver) They truly knew how to laugh at themselves (and each other) and I am honestly sad it took me so long to blog this. I feel like the love and gorgeous model-quality of their photos definitely speaks for itself.

They’ll be getting married in 2022 at Black Forest in Colorado Springs and I cannot wait to see what these women pull out of their hat of tricks to bring as much personality to their day as they did to their photos.
